Dating back thousands of years, garlic is traditionally used as both a food flavouring and a medicine (I like it raw from good to hot - find that it helps with anxiety type issues). Whether stir frying garlic flower scapes or adding crushed cloves to dishes or soups, garlic is employed as a culinary staple in our house.
